We currently offer shipping within the CANADA. only. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Free shipping is available on items marked with the ‘FREE SHIPPING’ badge, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
PowerfuX CANADA provides an extra portable sample with every purchase.We encourage you to try the sample before opening the full-sized product, as opened or used items are not eligible for a refund.
Please note, refunds are only available for products returned within the 30-day period in their original, sealed condition.
If you wish to return an item, we do not charge any return shipping fees.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I use my wrist a lot because of my occupational characteristics, but I always work with pain. It’s so nice to have a comfortable effect on moving your wrist and also a warm effect. It’s really easy to to use. Taping is done in 3 seconds. I love the mediping, and the fever effect of the recovery cream is better than getting a few massages.
